I offer a safe space filled with empathy and compassion for you to share and reflect on your problems. As well as life coaching, counselling and therapy I also offer analysis which employs creative techniques such as dream work, art, and active imagination which help to shed light on  the deep unconscious processes. It's these processes which sometimes leave people feeling like they are trapped in a cycle of negative, painful and destructive behaviour. As a Jungian analyst I greatly value individual difference and therefore each therapeutic relationship is similarly unique therefore I work organically rather than by using prescriptive techniques.

Sometimes people feel so overwhelmed by their problems that they struggle to engage with the outside world and cut themselves off from friends and family. I can offer various techniques and new ways of thinking which can help you feel capable of taking on life’s challenges.

Other people have reached a stage in life in which they are looking for a deeper sense of meaning, together we can explore creative and spiritual techniques which will help you to feel a sense of connection to both yourself and the world around you.

How I can Help

Welcome to my practice. I offer online Jungian analysis and psychotherapy for adults seeking deeper understanding, healing and lasting change. As a qualified Jungian Analyst and Analytical Psychologist, I completed seven years of training at the Guild of Analytical Psychology and am registered with the UKCP and the International Association of Analytical Psychology (IAAP). I am also one of the few BAME Jungian analysts worldwide, which informs my sensitivity to culture, identity and experiences of marginalisation.

My background spans the arts, education and international work: drama training at ArtsEd in London, an Honours degree from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, and teaching in further education and language schools. I am currently undertaking a PhD in Counter Terrorism and Deradicalization, exploring how power, violence and global events shape individual psyches and communities.
